About our Rescue and Sanctuary

What We Do

Though rare breeds, sadly enough, many Phu Quoc ridgeback dogs find their way to the shelters and often face unknown fates.

Our goal here is very simple: train, rehab and rehome. Dogs surrendered to us are either rehomed or given permanent sanctuary with us.

Under our care, dogs will be given time to decompress, to learn to regain trust and confidence in their humans again.

They are also crate trained, trained on basic obedience, socialized and are given time to play and roam on our 2.5 acre property.

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to the rescue of unwanted, abandoned and surrendered Vietnamese Phu Quoc ridgebacks.

We are run by a completely voluntary unpaid board, without any compensation.

Vietnamese Phu Quoc ridgeback dogs are a cultural and national treasure of Vietnam.

Unfortunately, some still find their ways into the shelter as strays or as owner-surrenders.

Our mission is to rescue these dogs and give them a second chance with a family who truly understand them and deserve their love and loyalty.
